Ms. Padmini Baruah

For Padmini, Psychology was an innate calling since the age of 15. The subject matter was of great fascination to her and hence when the time to choose a career came, she oriented herself to the field. It was a long, difficult and an eventful chase all the way to Delhi where she graduated in B.A. (Hons) Psychology from Zakir Husain Delhi College, Delhi University followed by a specialised post-graduation in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from S.N.D.T Women's University, Mumbai. Her work experience started with being a management trainee in Aditya Birla Management Corporation Private Limited (ABMCPL), Human Resource, Learning and Development Department, Mumbai. She also has experience in the talent assessment and analytics platform as a psychometrician. The opportunity to work for Assam Valley came as a turning point and her career shifted from corporate to education in June, 2015.
