obtained for the School for day to day functioning are
received through the Central Stores. The items are received
by the Store against LPO, entered in the Ledger and issued
to various Departments on requisition by the Dept Head.
there are two operating stores at the central kitchen :
a) Grocery /Dry Store : Area :104.92sqm : This store
is meant for stocking of all grocery items.
b) Perishables Store : 39.60sqm :(2 Nos ): (Cold
Room) One for storage of fruits, vegetables, butter, cheese
and other bakery items. And the other one is for all non veg
c) Temperatures maintained at these stores are : (-20degree)
& (10 degree)
