The Commerce Department of The Assam Valley School led by Mr. Devesh Prajapati and assisted by Mr. Rahul Pareek and Mr. Yuvraj Chhetri organized the 2nd Inter-School Business Model Competition on the 19th of June, 2023. The event was hosted by Hiya Keshan and Shreya Remeka. It was an online meet where students displayed their entrepreneurial exploring business ideas and creating their own indigenous business models. A total of eight teams participated in the competition which included Army Public School, Tezpur, Tezpur Science Academy, Tezpur, Rajmata Krishna Kumari Girls’ Public School, Jodhpur, Miles Bronson Residential School, Guwahati along with the host school AVS. The students came up with startling ideas.
The competition judged by Mr. Prajoth Goenka (alumnus and Founder of Everyone’s Creative) and Mr. Shivam Agrawal (CEO- House of Knots).
The results are as follows:
1st Prize was secured by Team 2– Evolve of Army Public School Tezpur (Rishab Kedia, Rishika Jalan, Shyam Kumar Kalita and Chirag Bajaj) with 159.5 points.
2nd Prize was secured by Team 7- The Recycling Solution of The Assam Valley School Secured (Soumya Agarwal) with 151.5 points.
3rd Position was secured by Team 5- Anek of Army Public School (Mayank Jalan Naman Lohia Purvi Agarwal Abhay Joshi) – with 142 Points.
