The Assam Valley School, represented by Head of Marketing and Admissions, Dr. Hemashree Deka, was recently invited to be a part of the Eastern K-12 Excellence Awards 2025, hosted by Student Outreach in Guwahati on January 25, 2025. The Assam Valley School was awarded the Best Residential School in Assam for AY 2024-25.
Dr. Deka moderated the panel discussion on EDUCATION 360: Schools, Technology, and Higher Learning for Tomorrow’s World.
She initiated thought-provoking conversations on how education can evolve to empower students for the challenges of tomorrow. She also engaged visionary educators and changemakers while exploring the intersection of schools, technology, and higher learning.
Her efforts were appreciated by the career guidance experts in fostering the role of career guidance among parents, educators and students.
