INVITATIONAL TALK

On Saturday, 9th October 2021, on the occasion of Assam Week, the Mathematics Department organised an Invitational Talk by Prof. Khanindra Chandra Chowdhury for the students of Class-5, 6, 7 and 8 over Zoom Platform from 5:00pm – 6:00pm.
During the session, Prof Chowdhury talked about his life experiences and his connection of Mathematics with real life. He also taught the students some interesting tricks for fast calculation. The entire session was enjoyed by all the students and they also came up with some very interesting questions which were answered by Prof. in a very interesting way.
Overall, it was an enriching and enthralling experience for everyone to listen to his experiences.
