With an endeavour to melt, mold, convince, impress and influence the audience through their speeches,15 Aviators from classes 9-12 took to the podium in the prestigious Upper School Individual Speech Trophy Competition 2022, conducted by the English Department on the 5th of November, at 6.30 pm in the Williamson Magor Hall.
The audience was taken through a myriad of topics ranging from ‘The axiom of X’; ‘Identity Crisis’; ‘Comfort Zone’; ‘Insecurities’; ‘Stereotypes’; ‘Siblings’; ‘Gen z’; ‘Traditions and Cultures’; ‘Video gaming’; ‘Growing up’; ‘The bitter truth of life’ with eloquence and confidence.
